- Join us for a reading of Tim Guillot's new musical The Last Night of Caroline's Blues. The oldest blues join in Memphis has a storied history but has found itself on hard times. Nobody comes to watch, nobody comes to play. Tonight is its last night before becoming a Chipotle. As no name bands play no name songs the owners realize the impact of destroying a cultural institution - just as the mystery of its origin is discovered.

Program Mission
Dedicated to the written word in its many forms, three stages of development are available to writers through Modern Scribes; private readings, invited readings, and public readings. At all stages, both written and a verbal feedback assist the writer in bringing their piece from first to final draft.
