Hamisu Sa’id Yusuf (born 27 February 1993) popularly known as Hamisu Breaker is a Nigerian singer and songwriter of Hausa origin. He is best known for his Hausa indigenous songs. He made it to the hall of fame with his Hausa song, ‘Karshen Kauna’ which was released in 2020 and has over a million views on youtube and is still counting. He got the name Breaker when he was doing the Break Dance style.

Hamisu Breaker’s real name is Hamisu Sa’id Yusuf, he was born on February 27, 1993 in Dorayi Gwale, Kano State, Nigeria. He attended primary and secondary school in Dorayi, Kano. He has not furthered his education past the secondary level but he is fully into the music industry.
Hamisu is often described as the Prince of Hausa music worldwide. Hamisu is also known for his heart-touching songs which he revealed during an interview with daily trust, that his heartbreaking songs made him popular.
